The PBX provides call origination and call progress information to
the computer, which in turn sends routing and call-handling orders
to the PBX. CTI is very useful in call centers; it is used as "pop up" an
account record on the computer screen at the same time the PBX delivers
a call to the workstation,this helps the agents with client information and history
