Mainly known as "CRM Software", short
for Customer Relationship Management Software, one of the greatest targets in
our management literature is the emphasis on the importance of the customer. It also happens to be the obvious and well known truth in that the profitability of any business depends
critically around the way we manage and treat our customers. It is also true
that retaining an existing customer is far more valuable and cost effective
than acquiring new customers.And here comes the importance of CRM as a
software that is used in call centers,sales,marketing , warehousing and all
other fields in the company all of this is for the target of organizing the
relationship with customers and increase sales and save costs.
