Techinfo:Cellular Phones and Communication Channels

-Cellular phones transmit above 3 W such as some portable mobile phones should be held about 2 inch away from the pacemaker or they will interfere with their pacemaker or they will interfere with its function,even some high power stereo speakers are dangerous to pacemaker users because they contain large magnets.

                                     

-There are two categories of communication channels

1-channels based on free propagation,such as telephone channels,optical fiber and coaxial cable.

2-While channels based on guided propagation are:wireless broadcast channels,satellite channels and mobile radio channels.
