The communication process and its elements

The purpose of a communication system is to transmit an information bearing signal from a source in one side to the other side. The essential components of a communication system are information source, input transducer, communication channel, receiver and destination.

1-Starting with the Information Source: which is the communication system that helps in communicating  a message or information. This means that the function of information system is to choose and produce required message which is meant to be transmitted.

2-Transmitter:it transmits the electrical signal from different aspects.

3-The Channel and the Noise:The Channel definition is the medium through which the message is transmitted from the sender to the receiver. What about the Noise ?The Noise Signal sometimes interfere with the channel, this signal is random in nature and not desired in the transmitted channel as it distracts the transfer process.

4-The Input Transducer: a device which is very important in the communication process as it converts one form of energy into another form.

5-Destination:is the final stage in the communication process that is used to transmit the electrical signal message in its original form.
