Ultra Mobile Broadband(UMB) high capacity,Is it going to replace the fixed DSL and broadband cables in the future?

UMB is a 4G mobile communication technology.It is considered as the improvement mobile phone standard for next Generation applications and requirements.This 4G mobile communication technologies aim at providing both voice and data/multimedia services on the same packet-based network architecture.
